2. Service Description

Superable provides an AI-powered service that generates photorealistic portraits by combining a child's photo with a superhero or character reference image. The Service generates a watermarked preview for free and offers a full-quality download for a one-time payment.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this Service.
• You must be the parent or legal guardian of any child whose photo you upload.
• You must not upload photos of children who are not your own without the explicit consent of their parent or legal guardian.
• You must not upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any reference images you upload.

4. Pricing and Payments

• Preview portraits with watermarks are provided free of charge.
• Full-quality portraits without watermarks are available for a one-time payment as displayed on the pricing page.
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment details.
• Prices are listed in USD and may change without prior notice. The price at the time of purchase applies.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final. Since you can preview the watermarked version before purchasing, you can assess the quality before committing to a purchase. If there is a technical issue preventing delivery of your portrait, please contact us and we will resolve the issue or provide a refund.

6. Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of the photos you upload.
• Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-commercial license to use the generated portrait for personal purposes (printing, sharing, gifts, etc.).
• The Superable brand, logo, website design, and underlying technology remain our intellectual property.
• You may not resell, redistribute, or use generated portraits for commercial purposes without written permission.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Portraits are generated using artificial intelligence. While we strive for high quality, results may vary depending on input photo quality, lighting, and other factors. We do not guarantee specific outcomes. The preview feature allows you to evaluate results before purchasing.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Superable shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
